It is the blueberry season in Mizhhirya district, and the 55-year-old resident of Pylypets went to pick berries in the area of the Mt. Magura on August 4, but has not yet returned.
Rescuers were informed about the missing man by his family.
According to the State Emergencies Service, three rescuers on two vehicles were sent to search for the man.
Later, at the foot of Velykyi Verkh mountain in the Rivna tract, they found a spot where the man might have stayed and spent the night. The rescuers were looking for the man in the area from that spot to the village of Pylypets, but did not find him.
