Exhibition of Ukrainian sculptors opened at the Consulate of Hungary in Beregovo (PHOTOS)

Sculptures made of wood, metal and stone. Different shapes and styles. Created by Ukrainian artists. Famous sculptors such as Bohdan Korzh, Vyacheslav Vinkovsky, Kostyantin Synytsky, Vasyl Roman, Endre Hidi, Emma Rusyn and Petro Matl presented their works at the exhibition. This year's sculptural symposium is dedicated to the theme of family. It is organized with the assistance of the Consulate of Hungary in Beregovo. The symposium is part of the Program aimed at the development of culture and tourism of Hungary and Ukraine by creating new tourist routes in the Carpathian region, cross-border cultural projects. The program is designed to promote partnerships between neighboring countries. The sculptural symposium is held for the eighth time. The result of previous meetings of artists was 32 sculptures donated and installed in Transcarpathian villages. The opening of the exhibition was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleh Kotsyuba and the Consul Matyash Siladi. The closing ceremony of the sculptural symposium will take place on August 16 at 15:00, on the main square of Beregovo.
