A criminal from Transcarpathia was detained at the checkpoint “Uzhgorod”

A criminal was detained on the border with Slovakia 
Yesterday, a citizen of Ukraine wanted for committing a criminal offense was found at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod". 
A 20-year-old resident of Transcarpathia region was detained while entering the territory of our state. During the inspection of his documents, he was found in the departmental database. The man was wanted for commission of a criminal offense provided by Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code "Illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives." 
Upon completion of control procedures, the offender was handed over to the National Police.
