According to the head of the enterprise Vitaliy Hotra, all safety measures are being taken, the bus undergoes disinfection and full treatment daily at the depot. More than 500 people have been transported in total.
As you know, since March 17, due to the termination of regular passenger transportation, Ukrainians can get home only by private transport. As the spread of coronavirus infection caused the mass return of Ukrainian citizens back home, in accordance with the order of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the order of the staff for emergency management in Transcarpathia, the order of the mayor Bohdan Andriyiv, and jointly with the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the municipal enterprise "Uzhgorod municipal transport" sent a bus for transportation of our compatriots through the crossing point "Chop" (Tisa) – Zahony.
