The head of Transcarpathian Customs, Viktor Ivanus, reported about the death of a 50-year-old customs worker on the social network.

Transcarpathian police say there were no signs of violent death on the man's body

According to Viktor Ivanus, the body of the customs officer Vasyl Yankovsky without signs of life was found in his apartment by his relatives last night on April 6.

For many years he worked at the customs and units for counteracting smuggling and violation of customs rules, - the head of the Transcarpathian customs added.

Currently, according to the procedure, the incident is classified under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code, ie premeditated murder, but the ultimate cause of death of the man will be determined by forensic examination.
