A man vandalized Petofi Square in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

The Department of Municipal Economy of Uzhgorod City Council ​​reported about the unfortunate situation on Petefi Square in Uzhgorod. 
"This morning, we saw an unpleasant picture – a man had damaged flower beds on Sandor Petofi Square and lights on the pedestrian bridge, causing material damage to the public property," – the Department reported. 
Thus, the vandal threw the bins installed on the pedestrian bridge into the river, destroyed the newly planted trees. 
Employees of the AVE Uzhgorod LLC called the police, the offender was detained, a report of administrative offense was drawn up, which will be considered by the Uzhgorod City and District Court. 
The estimated amount of damage is UAH 1700. Workers have already fixed the damage.
