Uzhgorod Children’s Music School №1 named after PI Tchaikovsky is beginning to celebrate its 75th anniversary!
On March 20, 1945, the first Transcarpathian state music school was opened in our city. This anniversary concert season traditionally begins on the International Music Day, October 1. On the occasion of the anniversary, festive concerts and creative meetings under the title "Historical Concerts" will be held throughout the year. The anniversary celebrations will start with the concert of one of the most celebrated musicians – former graduates of the school, composer and pianist, professor of music at the University of Colima (Mexico) Anatoly Zatin and Vlada Vasilyeva as the piano Duo Petrof.
