Preliminary legal classification is Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ie intentional damage to property by explosion.
On November 12, 2019, at 04.23 am, officer of the Security Police Department reported that he had visited a protected site after the alarm system tripping. At the scene it was found out that an unidentified person had thrown a grenade-like device into the courtyard of the house of a 41-year-old Mukachevo businesswoman, causing an explosion. Nobody was injured.
The regional police management, local law enforcement officers, inspectors of the Kennel Center and bomb experts arrived at the scene.

Police officers are asking anyone, who has any information or witnessed this incident, to report it by calling 102.
