The State Register of Voters of Uzhgorod City Council is preparing for the elections

In connection with the start of the preparations for the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which will take place on July 21 this year, the Department of the State Register of Voters of Uzhgorod City Council invites all those, who need to temporarily change the place of voting, including internally displaced persons, to make their applications.

Applications will be accepted by the department (room 237) until July 15 inclusive. The employees of the department will be working
from 8.30 to 18.00 without lunch breaks.

When submitting an application, you must present an ID confirming the citizenship of Ukraine – a passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a temporary ID of a citizen of Ukraine (if a person has recently acquired the citizenship of Ukraine). Servicemen also can present a military card.

The voter’s application for a temporary change of polling station is submitted to the office of the State Register of Voters personally. 

Documents (copies of documents) confirm the need for temporary change of the voter’s polling station without changing the election address shall be attached to the application. If copies of documents are attached to the application, their originals shall be submitted to the Register keeping authority to verify the authenticity of such copies.

Such documents can be a letter from the place of work, a letter from school, a document confirming the ownership or lease of a residence, which is located at the place where the voter wants to vote, travel documents, a ticket to the sanatorium, a certificate of registration of an internally displaced person. The list of such documents is not exhaustive.
