According to People’s Deputy Serhiy Leshchenko, who published the full list of names, those are "the top hundred names that will almost certainly become deputies of the future convocation."
As for Transcarpathians, those are Igor Krivosheev at number 38, who headed the cell of the "Servant of the People" party in Transcarpathia, and is a showman.
And Anatoly Kostiukh, number 78, who was the founder of Radio Yizhak.
