Transcarpathian teenagers are in danger: deadly game “Blue whale” is coming back to Ukraine

It is a game, the ultimate goal of which is to incite a player to suicide, and this game is most popular among children, in particular adolescents.

According to law enforcement officers and independent investigations, administrators of so-called "death groups" are engaged in the co-ordination and dissemination of this game on the Internet. Usually, children aged 12 to 16 become involved in the game, although there are reports of attempts at recruiting younger children.

Lately, there have been no reports about this game, due to the ban on the social network "Vkontakte", but yesterday in Lviv region, an 11-year-old boy committed suicide, most likely because of the game "Blue Whale".

The police are currently investigating, but we should pay more attention to what our children play on smartphones and protect them from danger.
