The project of the future ice palace has been made developed Transcarpathia

Mukachevo district is actively preparing for the organization of possible Winter Children's International Games in 2025. One of the important conditions for such large-scale competitions in Transcarpathia is the presence of an ice palace, where the opening and closing of the Games, as well as hockey, figure skating and short track competitions should take place.
So, today, the organizers presented a project of the future ice arena, which will be built in the village of Kolchino, in Mukachevo district.
According to one of the inspirers of the Winter Children's International Games in Mukachevo district, the chairman of the Transcarpathian Winter Sports Federation Vasyl Hisem: "The design and estimate documentation has to be completed as early as in 2020, and the construction should be completed in 2024. The same year, the newly built ice palace will have to take a serious test - the international competitions of representatives of the Visegrad Four countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary), and, of course, our athletes will compete too as hosts."
Recall that it is planned to use the potential of virtually all leading winter recreational and tourist complexes of Transcarpathia to hold the Children's Winter International Games in Transcarpathia in 2025.
