The person is dressed as Pennywise – the main character of the Stephen King novel and the eponymous horror film "It". Residents of Mukachevo in social networks are actively discussing the tricks of the horror movie character.
Most locals are angered about these actions of the clown, because he can really scare passers-by and the consequences may be unpleasant. Therefore, residents of Mukachevo ask the police to intervene. Others do not see anything wrong about it, they say people are just having fun.
In the meantime, a video of Mukachevo Pennywise, which was filmed last week, was released in social network. According to the description of the video, this is only part of the video, which they promise to post in the coming days.
