A new creation every year. Confectioner Valentin Shtefanyo created a chocolate sculpture "Four Seasons" for New Year’s Eve and Christmas holidays, the Golos Ukrainy wrote.
The products looks like a sakura covered with snow. The chocolate tree is decorated with a reindeer-drawn sledge, as well as candy in the form of gifts. The height of the sculpture is up to 80 centimeters.
According to Valentin, he has been making interesting and unusual chocolate works for the holidays for ten years in a row. They cheer up both kids and adults. Such sculpture can last up to two years, but chocolate with time becomes unedible. However, this product will come to life with the advent of spring – will "blossom" and change colors. And every season it will look differently.
– I think this tree will have a second life. In the spring, we will make it look differently – the master says. – It will turn green. And there will be small buds, while in the summer it will look like a real sakura…
