Officers of the juvenile preventive work department of the Transcarpathian regional police drew up a report against a local woman for invloving children in begging.
According to the National Police Head Office, during a preventive raid on April 24, officers of the juvenile preventive work department together with the City Service for Children found two children who were begging on the street.
The policemen talked with the children’s mother and warned against continuing such activities.
The woman was informed about the consequences which are criminal prosecution for involving children in begging, violation of the rights and interests of children.
Report of administrative offense was drawn up against the women under Article 184 of the CAO, i.e. neglect of children by parents or persons in loco parentis.
