Hennadiy Moskal filed a letter of resignation as the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration
Hennadiy Moskal submitted to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko a letter of resignation as the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
"In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations," the heads of local state administrations are appointed by the President of Ukraine for the term of office of the President of Ukraine, - the letter reads.
- In accordance with Article 9 of the Law, the powers of the heads of local state administrations are terminated by the President of Ukraine.
According to paragraph 9 of Part 1 of Article 9 of the law and Article 38 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, I hereby resign from the post of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration."
