A young vandal, who was destroying tulips, was detained in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)
Uzhgorod patrol policemen caught a boy, who was picking flowers from the flowerbed on Bohdan Khmelnytsky Square.
On April 19, near 01:30, while patroling near Svoboda Ave., inspectors noticed a person who was plucking out flowers planted on the roundabout flowerbed.
Having spotted the patrol policemen, the boy tried to run away, however, he was caught near the Masaryk bridge and brought back at the scene.
It turned out that the boy was minor so the inspectors decided to call his parents.
The boy is charged with an offense envisioned by Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (theft).
