The new timetable of the passenger trains Budapest-Mukachevo will come into force on December 9th - Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine
On Friday, November 30th, the "Ukrzaliznytsya" and the Hungarian railway company MÁV-START nemzetközi utazások should agree on the date of the launch of the Budapest-Mukachevo train.
This was reported by the CFTS with reference to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
The new 2018/2019 timetable for passenger trains will enter into force on December 9th. The launch of the train was announced several times, each time it was postponed.
A special platform has already been equipped to receive trains from Hungary to Mukachevo and part of Vokzalna street leading to it has been repaired. The Hungarian rolling stock will be used for transportation.
The announced cost of tickets is 700 to 1100 UAH.
On November 27, it became known that "Ukrzaliznytsya" is considering the technical possibility of launching the train Mukachevo-Prague.
Ukrzaliznytsya has arranged for the holidays several additional trains in the western direction, including Transcarpathia
