The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration released a promotional video about sakuras in Transcarpathia.
– Sakura flowering in Uzhgorod traditionally occurs on April and can last until the May holidays. This eighth wonder of the world can be seen in all tourist cities of Transcarpathia – the land close to the sky, – the post reads. – We recommend visiting Uzhgorod and its sakura alley, Khust and its magnificent flowering, Mukachevo, Vynogradiv and other unique arrangements of Japanese cherry in the cities and towns of the westernmost region of Ukraine 🙂
