The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree "On Granting the State Awards of Ukraine on the occasion of the International Women’s Day". The list of recipients includes two Transcarpathian women.
Thus, for a significant personal contribution to the socio-economic, scientific and technical, cultural and educational development of the Ukrainian state, exemplary performance of official duty and long-term conscientious work, the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine" was awarded to AKULOVA Galina – employee of the Department of Culture of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. The honorary title of "Honored Economist of Ukraine" was awarded to Natalia KUBINA – professor of the State Higher Educational Institution "Uzhgorod National University".
