People rescued a dog that was drowning in icy water (PHOTOS)

The rescue of the dog was reported by user Ivan Stoyka on Facebook:

"Botar channel at the end of Chepa towards Dyakovo. I saw children on the shore, and a dog in the hole. Slightly farther along the way, the "Express" service providers were doing some works on a post. They had a ladder. I took them to the scene; they ran with a ladder about 150 meters. Finished the distance in 2 minutes))) You can see them with a ladder in the photo. Meanwhile, a local resident wearing hazmat suit went to get the dog. If I had not seen people with a ladder, I would have gone myself. The children were crying" – the man wrote.
