Though the advertising materials being spread in Transcarpathia, mostly in Uzhgorod, announce the relocation of the car market from the village of Kinchesh to the territory near the Krasnodontsi market, in reality it is not exactly the case, the Mukachevo.net reported.
Indeed, on June 1, a car and consumer goods market will be opened on the asphalt-covered site opposite the Krasnodontsi market. Moreover, some entrepreneurs have already arranged trade outlets there.
However, at the moment, there is no relocation of the car market from the village of Kinchesh, since many entrepreneurs, who worked there, try to defend their right to keep working at this car market.
They claim that all attempts to relocate the market or start construction work in the territory are illegal, since they have a lease agreement for this land valid until November this year. In addition, the documents on the allocation of this land stipulate precisely the arrangement of a car market. At the same time, Korytnyany village council intends to give this land for the construction of a sports complex / water park.
On Tuesday, in the building of Korytnyany village council, there was a meeting of village and district authorities with entrepreneurs, where the fate of the car market in the village of Kinchesh was discussed. The parties could not reach any agreement or decision, therefore another meeting is scheduled for June 5th.
