The tasting of a new unique cheese took place in the Uzhgorod skansen (PHOTOS, VIDEO)
Petro Pryhara, together with his daughter, Inna Pryhara and tourism expert Fedir Shandor, conducted the first tasting of the new cheese, Menchul, in a 200-year-old hut on the territory of the Uzhgorod Skansen near the castle.
According to Inna Pryhara, who invented this cheese, Menchul has a unique taste. In order to make it, she took 2-year training at cheese-making facilities in the south of France and in the Alps, where she studied processes for making of unique cheese from goat's and cow's milk.
Menchul, like other cheeses of the Selyshche cheese factory, ripens for 3 months, but is completely different in recipe and production process, Inna says.
You can already taste this cheese in the cheese factory in the village of Nyzhnye Selyshche in Khust district. You can also order it on the Internet.
