The first harvest of Transcarpathian snails and snail caviar has been gathered (PHOTOS)

At the "First Transcarpathian Snail Farm" in the village of Nyzhnye Selyshche in Khust district, there was a historic (!) tasting of snails raised in Transcarpathia, Fedir Shandor wrote on his facebook page.

– The snails themselves were cooked according to local recipes with cheese and jam. 
At the same time, there was the presentation of the new tourist product "excursion to the Snail Farm" and the tasting of the first in the history of Ukraine and Transcarpathia snail caviar.
