Irshava policemen caught a prostitute and her 21-year-old procuress (PHOTOS)

Law enforcers found out that a 21-year-old procuress and her 37-year-old prostitute friend received 800 hryvnias for providing sex services. 

Yesterday, May 10, officers of the Department for Combating Crimes Related to Trafficking in Human Beings, together with Irshava colleagues, recorded the fact of prostitution in the district center.

Law enforcement officers found out that a 21-year-old resident of the village of Lysychevo found a client for a 37-year-old prostitute in Uzhgorod. The man met the women on the Internet. Having agreed upon a meeting in a hotel, the women asked money for their services. The amount was UAH 800, which they intended to split.

However, the police prevented the unlawful actions of the women.

At present, a criminal proceeding was opened against the 21-year-old resident of Irshava district under Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, creation or maintenance of brothels and procuration. Her 38-year-old friend will be brought to responsibility under the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

The investigation continues.
