Do not worry, in early June you will start receiving new bills, the press office of the company warns. This is due to the Transcarpathians’ desire to receive more information in the bills (attached below).
The term "balance as of the beginning of the month" will be changed to a more clear wording "account balance as of the beginning of the month".
In addition, the bill will include the explanation regarding the procedure of calculation in the absence of actual meter readings, as well as the possible ways of reporting actual meter readings as of the 1st day of the month.
At the same time, please note new terms of payment – within 10 calendar days from the day it is received (in accordance with the requirements of the Rules for the use of electric energy for the population).
