Robert Levytskyi, the head of the Federation of Water Sports in Transcarpathian region, reported on "Facebook" about an extremely successful trip of Uzhgorod team "Dynamo" to Croatia.
According to him, Uzhgorod team "Dynamo" (players born in 2002-2003, coach – Israfil Vasylkin) was invited for the match games by one of the most titled water polo clubs in the world – "Primorye" from the city of Rijeka.
The Uzhgorod team played many games in five days. The first was the game against the English club "Nottingham Masters", and the Uzhgorod team won with a score of 16:8. Then our boys played with the team "Ok Opatija" – and also won with a big gap. The games against the club "Primorye" were victorius for the Uzhgorod team in both matches: 18:12; 20:10. Famous Croatian coaches Zhelko Tonkovich and Alexander Tyshkovsky, who were present at the games, highly praised the Uzhgorod team, calling it worthy to become the best water polo team in Europe in a few years.
