Downhill Championship of Ukraine will be held in Mizhhirya district (Announcement)

The event is scheduled for June 22-24 in Mizhhirya district, the village of Pylypets, in the Pylypets bike park.

The main goal and objectives of the championship: identification of the best athletes; promotion of a healthy lifestyle; popularization of cycling as one of the most accessible mass recreational sports; establishment of friendly and sporting contacts between clubs and participants of the competitions; improvement of skills for beginners, athletes and amateurs.

Program:

Friday, June 22:

10.30 – 11.30 on-foot examination of the track. Mandatory for all participants!
10.00 – 17.30 registration of participants
11.30 – 18.00 trial runs

Saturday, June 23:

09.30 – 14.30 official trial runs
15.00 – 15.45 seeding run (UCI category)
16.00 – 17.00 qualifiers ("Open" category)

Sunday, June 24:

09.30 – 12.00 trial runs for all categories
13.00 – 16.00 final race

The competition is held in accordance with the rules of the International Union of Cyclists (UCI).
