"They stayed there, they stayed with us" - the 128th Brigade commemorates the fighters of Debaltseve bridgehead (ANNNOUNCEMENT)

"Three years ago, the battles for Debaltseve finished. A tragic and at the same time heroic page of the history of our brigade. February 2015 will be remembered forever, when our mountain infantry men demonstrated invincible spirit, courage, and heroism. On February 18, the page was turned and a new era in the history of our brigade, the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ukraine started..." - the press service of the Transcarpathian Legion, our glorious 128th special mountain infantry brigade, wrote.

They announce: "We invite representatives of mass media to the honoring of the killed soldiers - participants of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine and the 3rd anniversary of the withdrawal of the military unit from the "Debaltseve bridgehead", which will take place on February 18, 2018 at 13:00 in the Mukachevo Central Cemetery on Tomas Masaryk (Matrosov) street. Also please be informed that on 18.02.2018 at 10:00, in the Holy Assumption Church (Yaroslav Mudry st., 42B), there will be the prayer for the health of the servicemen who left the "Debaltseve bridgehead", as well as all those, who were killed, and all servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are performing their duty in the ATO zone".

We remind that on Saturday, February 17, in Uzhgorod, there will be the screening of the film "Debaltseve" and commemoration of the victims.
