Unique open-air museum is successfully operating on the territory of Uzhgorod State Forestry Enterprise. Visitors have the opportunity to see interesting exhibits related to the history of the forestry sector of Uzhgorod district, as well as flora and fauna. Today, there are about 25 exhibits in the museum. All of them were made by the founder of the museum. Visitors can see a piece of narrow-gauge railway, which in the past was used to transport timber, an oven for charcoal baking, as well as an old method of manual transportation of timber. A lot of attention is also paid to the fauna, which lives in Transcarpathian woods. The founder of the museum also wants to build a cabin of loggers to show the life of forestry workers in the past.
