The state institution "Transcarpathian Regional Contact Center" together with the Consumer Protection Department in Transcarpathian region will be receiving telephone calls from residents of Transcarpathian region on December 27, 2018, for the purpose of informational and educational work among the population.
You can call the regional "hot line" using a single toll-free number 0 800 501 484. You can also send online request using the link.
Calls will be received from 9:00 to 13:00.
By calling the "hot line", residents of the region will be able to receive consultations on consumer protection issues in case of violation of their rights.
