An experimental trip of a high-speed electric train ЕКр1 manufactured by the "KVBZ" PJSC was made at night from 7 to 8 of August on the section Lviv-Lavochne-Mukachevo-Uzhgorod.
According to the Uzhgorod Directorate of Railway Transport, the trip was organized to determine the possibility of launching a new train Kyiv – Lviv – Mukachevo – Uzhgorod, confirm the dynamic characteristics of the rolling stock and determine the maximum speed.
