As you know, due to changes in tax legislation, many entrepreneurs are closing their operations. Thus, in total, throughout Ukraine, 128,402 private entrepreneurs have ceased operations.
This is the information form the service OpenDataBot. Since mid-December last year, the number of private entrepreneurs in the country has been dramatically decreasing.
The massive closure occurs in all regions. In particular, the leaders are Kyiv (17,176), Kharkiv (12,390) and Dnipropetrovsk (11,196) regions. In Transcarpathia, as of 07.01.2017, 5,195 entrepreneurs have ceased operations.
Most of the closed businesses are in retail (43,275) and wholesale (8,931) trade, warehousing (10,798) and transport services (7,040).
