One of the “tobacco” smugglers detained at the checkpoint “Uzhgorod” is a Transcarpathian journalist

At the checkpoint "Uzhgorod", a large batch of contraband was found in a car "Mitsubishi". One the smugglers was a Transcarpathian journalist.

A car with two Ukrainian citizens was going to Slovakia. During the inspection of the car, the customs officers found a lot of cigarettes "Rothmans", "NZ", "Jin Ling" in the passengers’ suitcases, inside seats and between the units of the car. In addition, some amber was found. The customs officers have drawn up a report and are establishing the amount and value of the contraband. 

It is interesting that one of the passengers showed a journalist’s card of one of the Transcarpathian publications.
