The police found five illegal migrants in the house of a resident of Perechyn district (PHOTOS)
Yesterday, October 10, the police, in conjunction with the migration service, found five illegal migrants in a house in the village of Turya Polyana in Perechyn district. The owner of the house, where the foreigners were staying, is a local 42-year-old resident. His wife explained to law enforcement officers that she had met a group of strangers near her house, felt sorry for them, and invited inside to feed them.
The police and the migration service found three women and two men aged 15 to 34 in the basement of the house.All of them are citizens of a foreign state. The group of five people was handed over to the Chop border guard detachment.
Employees of the Perechyn Police Department together with the Department for Combating Crimes Related to Trafficking in Persons, the Transcarpathian regional police are establishing how the foreigners entered the territory of Ukraine and where they were going to go further. In addition, law enforcement officers are establishing who in Ukraine could have helped them in this. The investigative activities are ongoing, the legal classification of the incident is being determined.
