The Ministry of Finance left Transcarpathia for road repairs only 14 of the planned 55 million hryvnia - Moskal
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine took from Transcarpathia 41 million hryvnias, received by the Transcarpathian customs office from over-fulfillment of planned indicators in September. This money was planned to be used for the repair of roads, - the press center of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration reports.
- In the second half of this year, the targets for the Transcarpathian customs were significantly increased, - Hennadiy Moskal says. - It was done intentionally to avoid giving us money for the infrastructure. And Transcarpathia has no sources for the repair of roads other than the "road experiment" - local budgets and the State Budget give little to nothing. Despite the increased targets, in September, the Transcarpathian customs significantly exceeded them, as a result the region was to receive 55 million hryvnia for road repairs.
The money was already allocated for specific projects, and here the Ministry of Finance with a gross violation of the law takes away 41 million, leaving just 14. Today, I will raise this issue before the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman. If the State Budget does not give money for road repairs, at least do not take away what we have earned ourselves. This is nothing but a robbery!
