Uzhgorod railway station, that could have been

Uzhhorod Modernism showed how Uzhgorod railway station could have looked like:

"This is how the railway station in Uzhgorod could have looked like.

The project was developed by Czech architect Jan Gillar and published in the Architectura magazine in 1941.

The functional complex of the station would have been considerably larger than the modern pseudo-historical building of the railway station built in 2004. Unfortunately, the project was not implemented because of the activity in the Eastern European theater of war."
