In Perechyn, a man, who tried to steal an electric cable, was killed by electric shock

A 22-year-old man decided to steal an electric cable from a switchboard room of an abandoned factory.

The man intended to extract non-ferrous metals from the cable and sell them for scrap.

The accident happened exactly at midnight. The switchboard room was live, so the man was killed by a shock of 10 kW.

The police are investigating this incident.
