The holidays for Transcarpathian school students and their parents will be the time of creativity (Announcement)

"Children of the East and West Together" is the title of the event to be held in the premises of the Transcarpathian Regional Music and Drama Theater on March 29. 65 young (10 to 18 years old) actors from Kharkiv will present a unique musical performance "You are special." The event is supported by Transcarpathian and Kharkiv regional state administrations.

"The musical for the whole family "You are special" is a unique project, which involves children acting professionally on the stage. The original songs, lyrics, dances in various styles are used in the performance. All the action takes place against the backdrop of a huge panoramic screen. The special effects make the performance very spectacular.

The performance raises in a very interesting and entertaining way the issues of "labeling" in society, social networks, blind adherence to fashion" – the director Alisa Evdokimova explained.

"We, adults, often put labels on others, showing bad example of behavior, instilling self-doubt in children. This performance shows that every child is unique and special. And it is very important for our organization to convey this message to children of different categories. That’s why children from large and poor families, internally displaced persons and families of the ATO participants, children with disabilities, orphanages, etc., can attend the performance for free" – member of the Board of the NGO "Happy Children" Lyudmila Syuzeva said.

Lyudmila Syuzeva announced the launch of a competition, which is open to children aged 7 to 15. The terms of the competition are very simple. Young Transcarpathians and their parents or other relatives should create a project consisting of either a drawing and a small narrative, or a collage. The work should answer the questions: What makes me or the people close to me (mom, dad, sister, friend, etc.) special? How do I feel? Who I want to be? "It is important for parents to escape everyday problems and find at least a little time for work together with their children. It brings together. So I encourage everyone to create," – Lyudmila Syuzeva said.
