The police are carrying out an authorized search at the Mukachevo branch of the “Zakarpathaz” PJSC

Officers of the Mukachevo Police Department, together with officers of the cyberpolice and the economy crime department, in the framework of the pre-trial investigation under Article 355 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, are conducting investigative actions regarding the forgery committed by the Zakarpathaz employees.

The forgery was reported to the Mukachevo police department by the head of the internal security service of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC. The police officers opened a criminal proceeding over this fact under Article 358 – Counterfeiting or sale of documents, seals, stamps and forms, use of forged documents.

Within the framework of the criminal proceeding, the Mukachevo City District Court gave permission to conduct an investigative action – a search at the Mukachevo branch of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC. The preliminary inquiry is ongoing.
