At night, around 1:50, patrol policemen noticed a Fiat running red light on Mynaiska street. The police stopped the car, but during the conversation they heard the confused speech of the driver and the smell of alcohol. The policemen suggested the man to take a test at the scene or in a medical institution, but he refused, instead showing his identity card and trying to settle the case on the spot.

The patrol policemen drew up relevant documents for driving under influence, but it did not affect the decision of the driver to keep driving, and around 3:00 he was stopped by the police again. Rickety walk, attempts to get into the police car, and rude monologues only reaffirmed that the driver was drunk. As a result, three reports of administrative violations were drawn up against the man – one for running red light and two for driving under influence.
