Transcarpathian orphans and children deprived of parental care will receive apartments at the expense of the state budget

In Transcarpathia, 16 orphans and children deprived of parental care will receive social housing. The region received for these purposes a subvention from the state budget in the amount of 13 million 394.5 thousand hryvnias.

Within ten calendar days, district state administrations, city, town councils had to submit to the regional commission their proposals on the amount of subvention for construction / major repairs / reconstruction of small group houses; construction / purchase of premises for family-type orphanages, social housing for orphans, children deprived of parental care, preparation of design estimates documentation.  

Thus, the relevant documents were filed by Svalyava, Tyachiv, Mukachevo district state administrations and the Executive Committee of Uzhgorod City Council.

The meeting of the commission to determine the real estate objects, which the subvention from the state budget will be used for in 2017, was held on December 11, under the chairmanship of the acting head of the Regional State Administration Oleksandr Petik. According to the results of the consideration, the commission unanimously made a decision on the allocation of funds for the purchase of six social apartments for 16 children.
