The situation with flu and ARI in Transcarpathia currently is not critical
According to routine surveillance over the last week, the incidence of flu and ARI in the region is 260.16 per 100 thousand people, which is below the epidemic threshold by 31.18%. The rate of the flu and ARI epidemic activity in the cities and districts of the region remains low, the incidence is below the threshold levels in the range of 69.6% in Irshava to 6.5% in Uzhgorod districts.
Last week, 3,277 cases were recorded, 69.2% of which were children under the age of 17. Last week's vulnerable categories among children were the age groups of 0 to 4 and 5 to 14 years old, and adults aged 65 and older.
The total number of hospitalized persons is at the level of the previous week, most of them are children in the age group under 4 years old.
During the reporting week, 133 people were immunized against flu, 1,302 people have been immunized since the beginning of the season, including. 518 children, 147 health care workers, 719 people in specialized institutions. INFLUVAC® (INFLUVAC®), INFLUENZA VAKSIN, GIS FLU / GC FLU, VACCIHR / VAXIGRIP vaccines were used.
