On December 5, the police received a report from a resident of Vynogradiv. The man reported that his father, a 70-year-old pensioner, had been attacked by two unknown persons. The men took the victim’s mobile phone and money.
The police opened a criminal proceeding over the incident under Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, robbery.
One of the suspects was found. It was a 21-year-old local resident previously convicted for similar crimes. Currently, the man has been questioned. He confessed to the crime. The issue of bringing him to justice is being decided, the search for another person involved in the crime continues.
