Democracy or disrespect for the Kobzar’s memory? (PHOTOS)

This question was asked by Uzhgorod resident Alexander Bogdanov on his page in Facebook under a photo of cars parked close to the monument to Shevchenko. In particular, he wrote

– Perhaps it was a mistake to choose this historical figure to replace Lenin on pedestals throughout Ukraine, since his descendants disrespect him so much that they park their cans near his pedestal?… Or is this a manifestation of modern Ukrainian democracy – to park anywhere where there are no prohibition signs? …
