On April 8, 2017, the Cup of Ukraine in triathlon will be held in Uzhgorod for the first time (triathlon is an Olympic sport that consists of three sports: swimming, cycling race, cross-country race.
The competition will be held within one day, at 9:00 in the morning – swimming on the distance of 500 meters in the pool "Burevisnyk" of the sports complex of UzhNU on Mytna street, and at 16:00 – the opening of the competition and the cycling race on the distance of 12 km (4 laps) (Sandor Petof square – Leo Tolstoy street – Svoboda Avenue – the intersection with Zankovetska street) and cross country running on the distance of 3 km (3 laps) (pedestrian bridge – Nezalezhnist embankment – the intersection with Braschayky street).
Everyone is invited to participate! To participate in the swimming segment, you must have a swimming cap and accessories for swimming pool; no restrictions on bicycle class, but the participants must have bicycle helmets; for running segment – tracksuit and running shoes.
