Because of the frost in mountain areas, a storm warning has been announced in Transcarpathia. It is said in the statement of the Transcarpathian Hydrometeorology Center.
Thus, at night and in the morning on April 23-24, throughout Transcarpathian region, and on April 25 in foothill and mountain areas of the region, 0-5 ° frost will remain on the surface of the soil and in the air.
Avalanche hazard in the highlands of the eastern part of Transcarpathian region is classified as III (significant) level.
Recall that forecasters predict that today in Ukraine there will be cloudy weather with clearings, with rain in some places. There may be frost, and avalanches in the mountains.
