Serhiy Duran - the head of the regional football federation - has become Moskal's first deputy
Duran has been appointed the first deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration
Today at the meeting, Hennadiy Moskal presented the first deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. Ivan Duran has been appointed on this position. The head of the region has set the following tasks for his first deputy: to search for candidates for the heads of the Capital Construction Department and the Housing and Infrastructure Department of the RSA.
Reference: Ivan Duran was born on August 24, 1971 in the village of Shchaslyve in Mukachevo district. He has two higher education degrees: in 1995 he graduated from Lviv Commercial Academy majoring in business economics, in 2008, in Uzhgorod National University he received the degree of lawyer. For twelve years he was working at the Security Service of Ukraine. Prior to the appointment, he had been chairing the Football Federation of Transcarpathia.
