Ukraine has approved the agreement with Romania on the abolition of visa fees

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the agreement with Romania on the abolition of fees for issuing long-term visas.
This was stated in the resolution on the site of the Cabinet.
The provisions of the agreement provide for free issuance of long-term visas, ie those which entitle citizens of Ukraine and Romania to enter Romania or Ukraine, respectively, with the purpose of making of documents, entitling them to stay or reside in these countries for more than 90 days.
According to the government decree №617 of September 8, the agreement was developed based on the results of the Ukrainian-Romanian negotiations in order to facilitate mutual travels and signed on May 6, 2016 in the village of Solotvyno in Transcarpathian region.
