Uzhgorod and Svalyava district are leaders in tourist services (Infographic)

This is illustrated by the data of the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

Since the beginning of 2016, Transcarpathia has received UAH 1.5 million tourist tax.

The leader is Svalyava district – UAH 336 thousand. Apparently, tourists like local resorts with mineral waters and mountain views.

It is followed by the city of Uzhgorod and Berehovo district, which "earned" 207 and 153 thousand respectively.
